    The Offer is available for acceptance from April 1, 2025 to May 1, 2025 (the “Offer Period”) for Eligible Clients living in the Greater Toronto Area and is limited to the first Eligible Clients who enroll to accept the Offer as set out above.     This Scotiabank Passport Visa Infinite Privilege Dining Series event (the “Event”) invitation is for my personal use as an eligible Scotiabank cardholder and is non-transferable. Advertised chefs and sommeliers may be substituted without notice. Seating requests and special dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered upon request but cannot always be accommodated. If I am unable to attend the Event, if possible, I agree to provide notice of cancellation at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Event. Events may be modified or cancelled, by Visa, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason. In such a case, Visa will endeavour to provide me with as much advance notice as possible.

    I agree that by attending the Event, I am responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes, including the Event’s venue rules, and shall ensure the same from my guest.
